When you subscribe to the Veltrix Collective newsletter, we collect your email address, first name (optional), country, city (optional), and your stated goals. We use this information solely to personalise and send your newsletter.

When you use our AI tools (Matchmaker, News Summariser, LLM Tester), we log a hashed version of your IP address for rate-limiting purposes only. We do not store the content of your queries beyond what is required to return a response.

• To send you the Veltrix weekly AI briefing
• To personalise your newsletter content based on your stated interests
• To enforce fair usage limits on free tools
• To improve the site and its content

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Veltrix Collective:

• Brevo — email delivery and contact list management
• Supabase — database hosting for subscriber and content data
• Vercel — website hosting
• Anthropic — AI inference for tool features

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.

4. Cookies

Veltrix Collective does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (e.g., session handling).

5. Data retention

We retain your subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Upon unsubscription, your email will be removed from our active mailing list within 7 days.
